Sam Zaila is a Phoenix based commercial real estate investor whose work combines an engineering mindset with years of entrepreneurial experience. Through M & S Asset Holdings, he focuses on industrial properties across Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa, identifying opportunities where thoughtful investment and hands on management can improve both the property and the tenant experience.
Approaching real estate as both an investor and an operator. His engineering background shapes how he evaluates buildings, plans improvements, and solves complex property challenges. His entrepreneurial background informs how he assesses risk, structures transactions, and builds relationships with tenants and partners.

Menachem Husarsky is a commercial real estate investor and co-founder of M & S Asset Holdings, where he leverages a strong Computer Science background and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to drive company growth. Partnering closely with Sam Zaila, Menachem directs high-level strategic real estate decisions while ensuring the absolute precision of the firm's financial and operational infrastructure.
Driven by a shared entrepreneurial spirit, Menachem brings a highly analytical framework to structuring transactions and cultivating critical institutional relationships. He handles the absolute execution of all banking, financing, and capital structuring details, ensuring every transaction is optimized for long-term stability and value creation.
Menachem is actively engaged across the full spectrum of the investment lifecycle. He spearheads front-end deal acquisitions while simultaneously commanding the back-end execution of rigorous accounting, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
